Terms for providers

Last updated 14 September 2026

1. Joining the panel

Help for Home (ABN 70 657 540 719, 1021/30 Denison St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022) reviews every application to join our specialist panel. Before approval, we check your licence against the NSW Fair Trading public register and sight a current public liability insurance certificate.

2. Staying on the panel

We track licence and insurance expiry and re-check both before they lapse. You're responsible for notifying us promptly if your licence, insurance, or any other detail relevant to your approval changes. We may remove any provider from the panel following a lapsed licence, lapsed insurance, or an unresolved complaint.

3. How jobs are shared

We pass each customer enquiry to one matched specialist, not to multiple providers at once. Referral terms (including any fee for a passed job), are confirmed with you directly when you join the panel.

4. Your relationship with the customer

Any quote, contract, workmanship, warranty or dispute relating to a job is between you and the customer. Help for Home is not a party to that contract and does not supervise or guarantee your work.

5. Conduct

Providers on our panel are expected to hold current licensing and insurance for the work they take on, deal with customers professionally, and comply with all applicable laws, including workplace health and safety and licensing requirements for their trade.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.
