1. What we do
Help for Home (ABN 70 657 540 719, 1021/30 Denison St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022) is a referral service. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent, licensed specialists for major planned jobs. We do not carry out any trade work ourselves, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a specialist.
2. Requesting a quote
When you submit an enquiry, we call to confirm the details and then pass your job to one specialist from our panel who is suited to the work. Submitting an enquiry is free and creates no obligation to proceed with any quote you receive.
3. Your relationship with the specialist
Any quote, contract, workmanship, warranty or dispute relating to the actual job is between you and the specialist who carries it out. We vet specialists before they join our panel. See how at About but we don't supervise or guarantee the work itself.
4. Accuracy of information
Please provide accurate details about your job and property so we can match you with an appropriately licensed specialist. Price ranges shown on this site are typical ranges for the category of work, not quotes. Actual pricing depends on your specific site and scope, and is confirmed directly by the specialist.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Help for Home is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or conduct of any specialist on our panel. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
