What we check before approving an application

  • Licence checked against the NSW Fair Trading public register
  • Current public liability insurance certificate sighted before joining
  • Insurance expiry tracked, and re-checked before it lapses
  • Removed from the panel after a lapsed licence, lapsed insurance, or an unresolved complaint
